Daily Supplements
- Multi-Vitamin
- Omega 3 Fatty Acids - 3000mg per day (Combination of Flax and Fish oils)
- Antioxidant Powder (Reds and/or Greens)
- Vit. D3 - 5000 iu per day (only in the winter months or if you don't get 15 min of sunshine per day)
All supplements are not the same. Products from high quality companies are recommended.
***Remember, you cannot supplement a poor diet and expect to be healthy. Taking your vitamins and eating a donut doesn't make you healthy!
How To Make A Smoothie:
Add these ingredients in a blender and blend together:

1 cup strawberries

1 cup blueberries

1 cup pomegranate juice
-
1 cup almond milk
-
1 scoop of Chiropractor's Blend REDS
- 1 or 2 cups of ice.
*** Add Undenatured Whey Protein after and mix with a spoon or fork.
